Apply to the Youth Research Council
Becoming a Youth Research Council (YRC) fellow gives students the opportunity to collaborate with peers to make change in their schools and communities. Students will be mentored and advised by 91探花 faculty and undergraduate students on how to conduct research on the issues they care about and translate that research into action. The program is modeled after the YRC program that was founded at George Mason University.
YRC Fellows will be expected to attend at least eight in-person meetings on the 91探花 campus between October and April. In between these meetings, students should expect to meet virtually in groups with their undergraduate research mentors and to spend a couple of hours completing tasks for the group’s social change project.
